WebAug 9, 2024 · Adrian October 27, 2024. The staff at Firefly was extremely friendly and helpful. The car was as advertised and a very good value for the length of time we had it. The only negative was that in the dark the rental location was hard to find since it is located outside of the airport and across a parking lot and a street. WebLate in the evening they finally answered but had no solution. Car could be towed and we were told to take a taxi to where we rented the car. That was a single drive of 300 km, firefly would pay for 100€ of costs not nearly enough. Other rental car from the neighbourhood was not possible So support is non existing.
