Originally I thought it was because the game was saved to my hard drive, but after moving it to my ssd the problem persisted. My next idea was tha... WebSolution was to copy gta 5 folder to a different location HDD, then uninstall the game with GTA V Setup Tool, then install it on SSD and closing the launcher as soon it starts downloading. If I "uninstall" the game, according to steam, then it downloads .patch files to reserve the space. If I delete the .patch files to make space for the game files, then when I try to resume to download it gives me the full storage error. There is absolutely no way you can fit an entire PS4/XB1 game in this SSD so it's no good. The only difference between 7200rpm and hybrid/SSD is a matter of seconds yet you are paying much more. It's just not worth it.
