Some new "activities" (such as "Steps") got added to my timeline when I connected the Health Mate app to Apple's Health App. I went ahead and turned off syncing for all data except for Weight, but the new activities remain on the Health Mate dashboard and elsewhere. I'd really like a way to clear and deactivate these activities. WebFor our watches there are two conditions which are essential for detecting a step: an amplitude and a periodic pattern. If the steps tracked by your ScanWatch do not seem to be accurate: Make sure that your wristband is comfortably tight. If the band is loose, all of your steps may not be counted.
