If you can guarantee that you will not have any problems at all for your trip and don't need any interaction (something we cannot foresee) with customer service, then you will be fine. Otherwise I would skip booking on Hopper and go elsewhere because the customer service was atrocious.

While they are "legit" the issue with them is if there are any issues, or if you need to make any changes you are SOL because they don't have a customer service team large enough to support their users (and they require all support to go through the help contact in their app, no phone).
