Webb24 feb. 2015 · Pull the plastic cover back that covers the rear washer jet, then turn the wiper on. Does the washer jet rotate with the wiper, if it does it is seized in the spindle and the pipe is broken. If the jet does not turn, simply pull the jet out with a pair of pliers and then try the washer, if water comes out it is the jet blocked. I have followed the suggestion of removing the pump and cleaning the piston that controls either the front or rear gets the water. To get at it you need to take off the inner trim at the top of the tailgate. This gives you access to the back of the high level brake light which the jet is clipped into. Disconnect the plug and hose and push the lamp out.
