WebThis axe is steel stamped, " Sager Warren Axe and Tool Co. Warren, Pa. 3 1/2.". This is a 3 1/2 lb axe head. I think this axe was made in 1949 or 1950 because is is stamped 3 1/2 instead of 3 2. The axe head is 11 1/16 inches long and 4 5/8 inches wide. This is a great swamping axe and the head is in very nice shape with a nice silver steel finish.
