If it's on the high pressure side of the oil gallery, it would push oil into the coolant. On the bright side, you'd be surprised how much can get flushed out of the vehicle. Some have had cooling systems flushed and some needed new heater cores. A lack of heat on the passengers side is one of the symptoms. All were repaired under warranty.
