A spacer will only make them stick out farther. IMO, the majority of people who lift trucks, like the offset look, so small backspace is cool.

I believe on a 91 stock backspacing is 4.25" on a 15x7 not sure what the offset is. Later 80s have 16x8s with 4.5" backspacing.
