I have been reseeding lawns for close to 30 years and bought Lesco Teammates and applied to fresh loam with very poor results and replaced with an Agway seed and had terrific results. I called the local Site one/ Lesco rep and he could care less. Save your back from a RE-DO and stay away from it.
